the jacuzzi was barely warm, I expected a luxurious soak after a long day, how disapointing. I mean, who thought 26 degrees pool temp woudl be acceptable. And don't even get me started on the shower situation. No holder? Seriously? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, considering the lack of special treatment I deserved as a deserving guest.

Loved the cozy lounge with its log fire and spacious room. The spa area was a delightful treat after a long day. Parking was a breeze!
But I must say, the shower pressure was like that of a timid kitten. And why was the indoor pool temp set to 'Arctic'?
